The complete Phone Skills Trainer program consists of 6 learning modules which can be purchased separately or as a complete library. The modules are interrelated but not interdependent, allowing you to purchase only the content that is most relevant to your needs and circumstances. As detailed below, e-learning pricing is “per participant” while CD-ROMs may be used for multiple participants. For more than 100 participants, call for volume pricing.

E-learning modules are priced per participant

• $24.25 per participant, for any of the 6 individual e-learning modules
• $112.50 per participant, for the complete library of 6 e-learning modules

CD-ROMs can be used with multiple participants and are priced per module

• $135 per CD-ROM video (1 CD-ROM per module)
• $445 for the complete library of 6 CD-ROM modules

Your trainers can deliver onsite workshops with a Facilitator Guide which includes:

• Complete set of 6 DvD CD-ROM modules
• Scripted workshop for all 6 modules
• PowerPoint presentations for all 6 modules
• Reproducible handouts for all 6 modules
• Suggested quiz questions for all 6 modules
• $1450 for the complete Facilitator Guide

Our trainers can deliver an onsite workshop for you

• $3500 for a customized half-day workshop*
• $5000 for a customized full day workshop*

*Plus standard travel expenses

SCORM courses hosted on your organization’s LMS

• $2500 per module, unlimited usage
• $12,500 for the complete library of 6 modules, unlimited usage
• Customized branding and graphics can be developed.
